Introduction
The Core of Qurable's Loyalty system allows for the ingestion of loyalty events mapped to specific business events. For instance, this encompasses adding a new program member, when a user takes a conversion action such as buying a product on an eCommerce platform, liking a social media post, or any other customized event.
The initial mapping of loyalty events enables businesses to model behavior throughout a customer or user's lifecycle. This model will then be used to link specific recognition or reward actions for their loyalty, such as:
- Awarding loyalty points
- Providing benefits
- Granting badges or recognitions
- Leveling up or down, if applicable
The product includes a campaign engine that allows businesses to model the effects that will carry out some of the previously mentioned actions upon detecting a certain event.
The system has a predefined list of loyalty events but also allows extending the types of events to better model business scenarios.
Some of the events natively supported by the platform include:
- Registration of new members
- Purchases made by users (returns, partial returns, etc.)
- Tier upgrades or downgrades
